By establishing a partnership with Salk, you can help us support this mission. With this in mind, we are extending a special invitation for you to join us at the 30th Annual Symphony at Salk on August 15, 2026.
Symphony at Salk is not just an event, it’s a celebration—a concert under the stars—that brings together the top area leaders in science, philanthropy, government, media, and industry for an exclusive evening of celebration, connection, and camaraderie. Guests will enjoy a champagne reception, a gourmet dinner in Salk’s iconic courtyard amidst Louis Kahn’s masterwork of modern architecture, and the incredible sounds of the San Diego Symphony and a special guest artist. Past artists have included such stars as Kristen Chenoweth, Jennifer Hudson, Josh Groban, Idina Menzel, and Liza Minnelli.

Sponsor Levels
All sponsorship packages include complimentary parking and prime seating, a champagne reception, a gourmet dinner, recognition on the Salk website, event signage, and inclusion in the printed program. Discovery Society members will also receive early access to ticket sales and a special champagne gift at dinner.

$120,000 tax-deductible portion of sponsorship
- Exclusive invitation for four to the intimate pre-Symphony Benefactors’ Dinner with a private performance by the musical artist on Friday, August 14, at the home of Dr. Irwin Jacobs, cofounder of Qualcomm and Salk Board Chair Emeritus
