A Safe and Fun Symphony at Salk
Thank you for making plans to join us for the 26th Annual Symphony at Salk, a spectacular dinner and concert under the stars in the Courtyard of the iconic Salk Institute. To ensure the safety of all guests, vendors and staff, we have put in place safety guidelines following public health recommendations from federal, state and local authorities. Symphony at Salk is a mask-friendly event and we encourage attendees who want additional protection to wear a mask during the event.
If you feel ill at any point prior to the event, we ask that you remain home and do not attend. If you begin to feel ill at the event, please place a mask on if you are not wearing one and exit the event immediately or ask for assistance from a Salk staff member.
If you have any other concerns before the event, please contact us at 858-597-0657.
Vaccine Proof Required
To ensure the safest experience for all attendees, we are requesting guests attending Symphony at Salk to provide proof of vaccination. All Salk staff, volunteers and vendors will be asked to provide the same verification and pass a symptom screen.
What You Need To Do Before Saturday’s Event:
- Locate your CDC vaccine verification card and either bring it or take a photograph of it to present when you check-in on Saturday night, or
- Obtain a digital copy of your COVID-19 vaccine record (applies to CA residents only) by registering at the state portal. Once registered, you can download a digital proof of vaccination.
All attendees will be asked to verify they are free of any symptoms related to COVID-19 upon arrival at the event entrance.
